The client required a customizable solution that could handle the entire operations of the training center from admissions to classes and certificates. The client also required panels for the admin, lecturers, and staff.

KEY FEATURES

  • In the admin panel, they can view the total number of students in the institution, the pending enrollments, and notifications in the Dashboard.
  • The admin can add the courses, duration, and course materials. The materials can be uploaded as PDFs, eBooks, or videos.
  • Students can refer to the available courses listed on the website and choose the courses they require. Once chosen, they will be given login details through email when registered to be able to take the course obtain course materials, take exams, and receive certification. Once a course is completed, students are automatically sent e-certificates through their mail.
  • The institution can keep track of student information such as fees, course selections, and classroom assignments. The institution can also manage inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Lecturers are given login credentials as well to manage their courses, students, and course materials.
  • With such a management system, effective communication is facilitated between the admin, lecturers, and students.
