The client required scalable and customizable CRM software to manage their leads and conduct proper follow-ups. The software should also be able to manage the entire operations from the prospects to employees and orders.

KEY FEATURES

  • A Dashboard with a quick view of the daily and monthly lead analytics. The Dashboard has the team details to keep track of each team member's performance, graphs based lead type and source, pending follow-ups, total leads, etc.
  • The sales module contains the lead list and the follow-up list. Automatically capture leads from various sources such as websites, email campaigns, and social media and distribute them to the sales team with the sales module.
  • When you click on a specific lead, you get the complete information of the particular lead such as the email ID, mobile number, etc., and any extra information needed. You can also add in the follow-up details including the next follow-up date, the best time to contact, and the mode of communication for timely and convenient follow-ups. After this, you will get a notification and the follow-up date will be highlighted in red.
  • Create your own unique quotation with details such as quantity, number of line items, terms and conditions, etc. Convert into an invoice when an order is placed and sent it to the customer as a downloadable PDF.
  • While adding the leads, add the customer information as well. For every category, the dropdown box is in Masters so we as a provider don’t have to add each detail, you can add all the necessary details you need. Also, for a single organization, you add multiple customer contacts.
  • One of the main highlights is the social media integration. With WhatsApp integration, the client can contact the leads as soon as they come in so that hot leads don't turn cold.
